These Terms of Service govern your use of the London Chauffeurs website (london-chauffeurs.uk) and the chauffeur services provided by us. By booking a journey or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

Service Provision

London Chauffeurs provides luxury private hire transportation. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our concierge team. A booking is only finalized once you receive explicit confirmation from us.

Booking and Communications

Initial enquiries can be made via our online planner, which redirects to WhatsApp. Please note that submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Passenger Conduct

We maintain the highest standards of safety and comfort. We reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger who behaves in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner. The lead passenger is responsible for the conduct of all guests in the vehicle.

Luggage and Limitations

Vehicle capacity for passengers and luggage is clearly stated during the booking process. The chauffeur retains the final decision on the safe loading of luggage. We cannot be held responsible for luggage that exceeds the safe capacity of the requested vehicle.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we meticulously plan every route, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe traffic congestion, extreme weather conditions, or road traffic accidents.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our operational practices or regulatory requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
