How far in advance should we book a wedding car?
As early as you have a date and a venue. Saturdays through the summer are the busiest, and particular vehicles on those dates are taken first, so an early conversation gives you the widest choice. You do not need final timings to start. Availability is confirmed per enquiry once we have seen your date, your venues and the rough shape of the day.
Will the car wait through the photographs?
Yes. Wedding cars are held for a block of time rather than for a single journey, so the car stays available while the group shots are worked through. Your photographer can use it in the pictures, and the chauffeur will position it where it is wanted. If you would like a particular image, mention it in advance so time exists for it in the running order.
Can you take a large dress with a long train?
Yes, though it changes which car suits you best. Door height, seat height and the width of the opening matter more than the size of the car overall, so tell us about the gown when you enquire. Chauffeurs on wedding work know how to help with a train and a veil, and will stand back if a bridesmaid would rather do it.
Can you move our guests between the ceremony and reception?

What happens if the morning runs late?
The timeline is built with margin so that a normal wedding morning does not cause a problem. If a delay grows beyond that, the chauffeur waits calmly, drives gently rather than trying to make up time, and we quietly let your planner or the venue know so the people who can adjust things are able to. Nobody will be telling the bride she is late.
Do you visit the venue before the wedding?
Where the approach is unusual, yes, or we will ask the venue the questions that matter. Gravel drives, single track lanes, gated estates, low arches and tight turning circles all affect which vehicle is sensible and where it can stand. It is far better to know in advance than to discover it with a bride in the car on the morning.
