Race Day Chauffeur

Your existing pass is the one we work with. Photograph it, or forward the exact text from your confirmation, and on the day your chauffeur will head for the correct gate and car park. Passes come from the course and go to the badge holder, so they aren't something we issue. If you don't have one, we'll plan around a public set-down point and a sensible way to walk in instead.

That hinges on your pass and on the course. Certain passes let the car park up and stay put all afternoon, so you can nip back for a coat or swap your shoes. With a set-down only pass, your chauffeur waits instead in a holding area close by. While planning your day, we check what applies at your fixture and let you know which of the two it is.

Sooner than the race times on their own would have you think. Hospitality normally starts serving well ahead of the first race, traffic on the approach roads keeps building all morning, and walking from the car park to the enclosure takes longer than most people allow for. We take your earliest fixed commitment, count back from it and add some slack for the roads. Once we know your enclosure and hospitality booking, we confirm the precise departure time.

Of course; just send your chauffeur a message. Because the car is yours for the day, going early costs you nothing beyond that message, and you'll often get a far smoother drive out while traffic is still flowing. Choose to stay until the end instead, and your chauffeur will keep an eye on the car parks and advise whether to leave at once or let the first wave go.

In most cases we can, though with everyone wrapped in winter coats and formal dress, two vehicles tend to be more comfortable than one. You'll need a separate park pass for each car. Let us know how many guests there are, where they're being collected and whether the whole group wants to ride together, and we'll propose a sensible setup. Availability for more than one vehicle is confirmed when we go through the itinerary.

We do. Our work takes in the whole United Kingdom, which means Cheltenham, York, Doncaster, Aintree, Newmarket and smaller country fixtures get planned just as Ascot or Epsom would be. On a longer trip, a night near the course sometimes suits better, and if you haven't booked anywhere we can look into hotels for you to approve. Nothing gets arranged before we've confirmed it with you.
