Can I book a personal chauffeur for regular weekly journeys?
Yes, and that is how most households use the service. Send the pattern once, including the days, times and addresses, and the same shape of week is repeated with your confirmation. Exceptions such as half term or a cancelled club are handled by message. Availability for each week is confirmed as the dates approach rather than promised far ahead.
Will I have the same chauffeur every time?
Wherever the schedule allows, yes, and a settled weekly pattern makes it much more likely. It cannot be promised for every date, because chauffeurs take leave and diaries occasionally clash. Where someone different attends, your household notes travel with the booking, so the gate code, the waiting position and the preferences are already known before the car arrives.
Can a chauffeur collect my children from school without me?

We need the names of the children, the school, the collection point and confirmation of who is authorised to hand them over, along with what should happen if a child is not there. Parents receive a message at collection and again on arrival home. Child seats are requested with the booking once you give us ages and weights.
Will the chauffeur wait while I am at an appointment?
Yes. Waiting is a normal part of private work rather than an extra to be negotiated on the pavement. The car holds a legal position nearby and returns to the door when you message. Where a day involves a lot of waiting, booking the car as directed for a block of hours is usually simpler, and we will suggest it if it suits you better.
Can my dog travel in the car?
Dogs are welcome by arrangement rather than as a surprise on the day. Tell us the size of the dog and whether a crate, harness or boot liner is being used, and a suitable vehicle is requested with the booking, subject to availability. Journeys with pets are planned with a stop where the distance warrants one.
