Meet and Greet
Meet and greet is the difference between walking out of arrivals into a crowd and walking out to someone holding your name. It suits guests who are new to the airport, travelling alone, or simply tired. Arrangements are confirmed per airport when you enquire.

Frequently asked questions
Where exactly will my guest be met?
At a specific point in the arrivals hall for their terminal, agreed in writing before they fly rather than described over the phone on the day. Your chauffeur waits there with a name board and stays put rather than circulating, since a moving person is harder to find in a busy hall. A fallback point is agreed as well, in case the main doors are unusually crowded.
What name should go on the board?
Whatever your guest will recognise instantly. Most use a surname, corporate arrivals often use the company name, and guests who would rather not be identified in public can use initials, a first name or an agreed word. Send the exact spelling when you enquire. If a board would be unwelcome altogether, a discreet meeting at a named point can be arranged instead.
What if my guest cannot use their phone when they land?
That is one of the main reasons to arrange a meet and greet. Because the meeting point and the board are agreed before departure, nothing has to be organised at the moment of arrival. A flat battery or roaming that will not connect makes no difference to the plan. Numbers are still exchanged as a backstop, but the arrangement does not depend on a call being answered.
Can you get my guest through the airport faster?
No. Immigration, baggage reclaim and customs are entirely matters for the airport and the Border Force, and we make no claim to fast-track routes, priority lanes or any airport-side privilege. What a meet and greet changes is everything after those doors: someone is already waiting, the bags are taken, and the walk to the car is led rather than searched for.
How is this different from a normal airport pickup?
A standard collection is kerbside or from a short-stay bay, and your guest walks out to find the car. A meet and greet puts the chauffeur inside the terminal with a board before the flight lands. It costs more because it takes longer and involves parking, and it suits first-time visitors, older relatives, families and anyone arriving tired from a long flight.
