Hotel Booking Assistance

Hotel booking assistance is help with the research and the coordination, not a claim on rooms. You tell us the city, the dates and what matters; we put a shortlist to you, and the hotel confirms availability and cost before anything proceeds.

Plan your chauffeur journey

London Chauffeurs provides itinerary-led private travel for airport transfers, executive travel, private aviation, events and long-distance UK journeys. Availability and pricing are confirmed for the requested itinerary.

Frequently asked questions

Do you hold rooms at any hotels?

No. We hold no rooms and no stock of our own, and we are not an agent for any hotel or group. What we do is research the options for your dates, put a shortlist to you with honest notes, and coordinate the details around your journey. The hotel confirms availability and cost, and the reservation is made only once you have approved it.

Can you get a lower price than I would find myself?

We make no claim to special rates, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What research buys you is a better fit rather than a discount: the right district, a room that suits the way you travel, and terms you have actually read. Where a small change of dates or room type improves the value, we will point it out. The hotel sets the cost and states it to you.

Who holds the booking, and who do I pay?

Unless something different is agreed in writing beforehand, the reservation is in your name and the contract is between you and the hotel. You approve the cost before anything is confirmed, and payment follows the hotel's own terms. That keeps the cancellation rights with you and leaves a single party to deal with if anything needs changing during the stay.

What happens if I need to change or cancel a stay?

The hotel's policy applies, whatever it says, and it is the same version you were shown before booking. Tell us as soon as you know and we will take it up with the property on your behalf, ask for flexibility where there is room for it, and report back honestly. We cannot overrule a term the hotel has set, but the conversation is usually easier when it happens early.

How far ahead should I ask about a hotel?

As early as you can. On ordinary dates a week or two gives a broad choice. During event weeks, school holidays or large conferences, the useful options go much earlier and terms tighten noticeably. Late requests are still worth sending; we will research them properly and tell you plainly what is left rather than pretending the choice is wider than it really is.

Can the hotel and the chauffeur be arranged together?

Yes, and it tends to work better that way. The shortlist is filtered by where you actually need to be, the transfer times are built from the real addresses, and your chauffeur is briefed with the hotel access arrangement before the first collection. Availability, timings and pricing for the car are confirmed per enquiry once the full itinerary has been reviewed.
