Financial Roadshow Chauffeur

Roadshow days are built on a printed schedule that starts slipping by the second meeting. We plan the cars, the waiting points and the contingency around that reality, not around the version of the day on paper.

Plan your chauffeur journey

London Chauffeurs provides itinerary-led private travel for airport transfers, executive travel, private aviation, events and long-distance UK journeys. Availability and pricing are confirmed for the requested itinerary.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when the schedule slips during the day?

It is expected, so the plan is built to absorb it. Cars are held rather than released, the chauffeurs work to the current version of the schedule rather than the printed one, and contingency is placed in front of the meetings that matter most. When slippage grows beyond what the gaps can carry, we tell your coordinator early enough to move something rather than after the fact.

Can you run several cars for the same programme?

Yes. Management, advisers and the IR team frequently split across vehicles, and the cars are planned as one operation rather than as separate bookings. Chauffeurs are briefed on the whole programme, arrival order is agreed where two cars reach a venue together, and passengers can move between vehicles through the day. Vehicle numbers are confirmed with the schedule before anything is booked.

How confidential are conversations in the car?

Chauffeurs on financial work treat everything said in the cabin as unrepeatable, including between cars on the same programme. Nothing is discussed with other passengers or mentioned afterwards, and the expectation is set before anyone starts work. If a particular leg needs complete privacy, ask as you get in. Where your firm has its own supplier requirements, send them with the schedule.

Do you cover roadshow legs outside London?

Yes. We cover journeys across the United Kingdom, including Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, and city to city legs are planned with realistic driving hours and comfort breaks. Where a train or a private flight would serve the schedule better, we will say so and plan the cars around the station or airfield instead. Overnight arrangements for chauffeurs are handled as part of the programme.

How do private jet connections work?

Private departures from Farnborough, Biggin Hill, London City, Luton or RAF Northolt work to the handling agent's arrival window rather than a scheduled check in, so the road leg is planned backwards from that. On arrival the car meets the aircraft where the agent permits. Movements often shift at short notice, which the plan assumes. Give us the airfield, operator and requested time.

How far in advance should a roadshow be arranged?

As early as you have a draft, even a rough one. The changes that make a roadshow run well are the ones made while the schedule can still move, such as adjusting a running order or repositioning a car. Late enquiries are still welcome and often workable, but availability for multiple vehicles across several days is confirmed per enquiry and cannot be assumed.
