Have you got tickets of your own or seats held back?
We have neither ticket stock nor hospitality of our own, and we don't act as members or agents for you. What we do is research the tickets on public sale for your event, give you a straight account of what's out there and the seller's price, and plan the car around it. The purchase route is your choice, and the cost needs your approval before anything goes ahead.
If the event's sold out, where does that leave us?
Then that's what we tell you. A clear answer early on beats keeping your hopes up, only to produce something worse at a far steeper price. If returns or added performances look plausible, you'll hear that, and we'll keep watch for a reasonable spell. Failing that, we'll turn to other dates, a different production or another evening altogether.
How safe is buying tickets through resale sites?
That comes down to the site in question. Official resale run by the venue itself is safer than anything else, and by a wide margin. Elsewhere, standards are uneven, prices often sit well over face value, and certain venues will void tickets resold outside their own system. We'll tell you what we find, including the risks and the conditions attached, yet the route you buy through is for you to decide.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
Give us as long as you're able to. Nothing shapes where you'll end up sitting more than how early you ask. Months out, the options are good ones; a few days out, you get the remainders. A late enquiry is still worth making, and it'll get researched properly, though the report could be brief and the truthful answer could be no.
Is it possible to get eight of us sitting together?
It can be done on occasion, and the biggest factor is how soon you get in touch. Because venues release seats in pairs and small blocks, putting a big party in one block is a far harder ask than finding eight seats in all. You'll get a report of what's on offer both ways, split rows in the same area included, and the call on which matters more is yours.
What if the event ends up being postponed?
The seller's terms govern what happens, and we'll have walked you through them before you bought. A rescheduled date usually keeps your original ticket valid, and a cancellation should bring a refund of face value, though resale purchases can be dealt with differently. On the car side, with reasonable notice the chauffeur can in most cases be moved or stood down, and we reconfirm the revised timings once the new date is settled.
