Event Ticket Concierge
An event ticket concierge service that assists rather than supplies. We hold no tickets; we research what is publicly available for your event, tell you honestly what we find, and coordinate the car around the timings once you have decided.
Plan your chauffeur journey
London Chauffeurs provides itinerary-led private travel for airport transfers, executive travel, private aviation, events and long-distance UK journeys. Availability and pricing are confirmed for the requested itinerary.
Frequently asked questions
Do you hold tickets or have seats set aside?
No. We hold no ticket stock and no hospitality of our own, and we are not members or agents on your behalf. We research what is publicly available for your event, report honestly on what exists and what it costs according to the seller, and coordinate the car around it. You decide the purchase route, and you approve the cost before anything proceeds.
What happens if the event is sold out?
You are told that it is sold out. We would rather give you a plain answer early than keep you hopeful and then produce something worse at a much higher price. Where returns or extra performances are plausible, we will say so and watch for a reasonable period. Otherwise we will look at other dates, other productions or a different evening entirely.
Are resale sites safe to buy from?
It depends entirely on the site. A venue's own official resale is the lowest risk route by some distance. Beyond that, quality varies, prices are often inflated well above face value, and some venues cancel tickets resold outside their own system. We will describe what we find, including the risks and the terms, but the purchase route is your decision to make.
How much notice do you need before an event?
As much as you can give. Lead time is the single biggest factor in what you end up sitting in. Months ahead you are choosing between good options; days ahead you are choosing between whatever remains. Late enquiries are still worth sending, and we will research them properly, but the report may be short and the honest answer may be no.
Can you seat a group of eight together?
Sometimes, and it depends almost entirely on how early you ask. Venues sell in pairs and small blocks, so a large party in one block is a much bigger request than eight seats in total. We will report what is genuinely available in both shapes, including split rows in the same area, and let you choose which matters more.
What happens if the event is postponed?
The seller's terms apply, and we will have shown them to you before you bought. Rescheduled dates usually carry the original ticket, while cancellations normally trigger a refund of face value, though resale purchases can be treated differently. On the chauffeur side, arrangements can usually be moved or stood down with reasonable notice, and revised timings are reconfirmed once the new date is settled.
