How to Make a Chauffeur Enquiry in Five Short Steps
Every step of the journey planner explained, and exactly what happens when you tap through to WhatsApp.
Choosing the journey type sets everything else
The planner opens on a single choice: Point to Point, By the Hour, Airport Transfer or Private Aviation. That selection is not cosmetic. It decides which fields appear later, so picking accurately at the start saves you from re-entering anything. Point to Point suits a fixed run between two addresses. By the Hour is for a day where the itinerary is loose. The two aviation options add a terminal field that the other types never show.
If you are genuinely unsure, choose the option closest to your plan and describe the rest in the notes box on the final step. Nothing you select here is binding. It simply shapes the message so the person reading it can price and schedule the right kind of work.
Route, timing and the fields that must be filled
Step two asks for a collection point and a date and time. Both are required, and the planner will not advance without them. For a Point to Point, Airport Transfer or Private Aviation journey a destination is also required. Choose By the Hour and the destination field disappears, replaced by a duration selector whose options start at four hours and step up from there.
Point to Point and airport journeys also offer an optional return date and time. Filling it in tells us you want the same journey planned in reverse, which is worth doing early because it affects how the day is scheduled. Leave it blank if you only need one leg, or if the return is still uncertain.
- Collection point and date and time are always required
- Destination is required unless you selected By the Hour
- By the Hour swaps the destination for a duration selector
- The return date and time is optional on every other type
Terminal details, passengers and vehicle preference
Step three only appears in a meaningful form if you chose Airport Transfer or Private Aviation. It asks for the airport or fixed base operator, which is required, and for a flight number or tail registration, which is not. Any other journey type sees a short note confirming that no aviation details are needed and moves straight on.
Step four covers the practical shape of the party: how many passengers, how many pieces of luggage, and whether you would like to name a preferred vehicle class from The Pinnacle, Executive Sanctuary, Commanding Elegance and Luxury Utility. Leaving the class as Unspecified is perfectly normal. There is also a single checkbox to flag that accessibility assistance is required.
The review screen and the message you send
The final step shows a short itinerary summary of your journey type, route and date, then asks for a guest name, an optional email address for a written confirmation, and a free-text box for anything unusual. Child seats, a preferred route, a discreet collection, a second pick-up on the way: this is where those belong.
Tapping through does not send anything. It opens WhatsApp with a formatted message already written for you, listing every field you completed along with the page you started from. You read it, edit it if you want, and press send yourself. Until you do, nothing has reached us at all.
What happens once the message arrives
An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. Once your message lands on WhatsApp at +44 (0) 7775 554 848, the details are reviewed against availability and the practical realities of the route, and you receive a reply on the same thread with a quotation and any questions that need answering before anything can be held.
Keeping the conversation in one WhatsApp thread has a real advantage: every amendment, every confirmed time and every address change sits in a single scrollable record that both sides can check. If your plans move, you reply in the same place rather than starting again.

Frequently asked questions
Does completing the planner book the car?
No. The planner only assembles a message. Nothing is reserved until you send that message on WhatsApp and receive a reply confirming the journey has been accepted and scheduled.
Can I message directly instead of using the planner?
Yes. WhatsApp on +44 (0) 7775 554 848 is the contact route either way. The planner simply makes sure the obvious questions are already answered, which usually shortens the exchange.
What if I do not know every detail yet?
Complete what you can and explain the gaps in the notes box on the final step. A collection point and an approximate time are usually enough to start a useful conversation.
Is my email address required?
No. It is optional and exists so a written confirmation can follow the WhatsApp exchange if you would prefer one. Leaving it blank does not hold anything up.
